International Conference Services Ltd. is the official housing bureau for FIGO Montréal 2027 and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by competing hotels. However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the Congress and book through the official housing bureau.

Please be aware of unauthorised housing companies contacting delegates and sponsors and claiming to manage or control the official Congress hotel rooms. They are not affiliated with the Congress and do not control the official room block.
These companies may require non-refundable deposits at the time of booking, making it difficult or impossible to cancel reservations. In some cases, rooms may not be booked at all, despite payment having been taken.
To protect yourself, only book your accommodation through the official Congress housing bureau or the links provided on this website.
Hotel booking deadline is on Thursday, 30 September, 2027 11:59 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date).
It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability.
A credit card is required to secure your reservation; you will not be charged at the time of booking.
The credit card provided must have an expiry date on or after November 2027.
Important: The hotel will either charge your credit card directly 30 days before check-in (on 4 October, 2027) or send you a secure payment link to complete the transaction. Delegates are responsible for ensuring that payment is successfully processed. If a payment is declined and no response is received, the hotel may charge the credit card on file if a payment link has already been issued.

Cancellations or reductions in room nights must be submitted by Thursday, 30 September, 2027 11:59 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) to avoid penalty charges, in accordance with the hotel’s policy. Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.
