FIGO Montréal 2027 will bring together the global women’s health community to share knowledge, challenge the status quo and advance care. Under the theme Advancing innovation, equity and excellence in women’s health, the Congress will spotlight new research, emerging technologies, clinical advances and approaches that can help improve outcomes for women and girls worldwide.
We invite you to contribute your research, expertise and ideas to a programme that supports innovation, promotes equitable access to quality care and advances excellence in women’s health and rights. Submissions will be accepted in English, French and Spanish through the online submission portal.

Research submissions considered for oral or ePoster presentation. A separate late-breaking abstract call will take place in 2027 for new research that becomes available after the initial submission period.
60-minute parallel sessions that may use formats such as lectures, seminars, panel discussions, interviews or debates.
2-hour practical training sessions held during the Congress.
Half-day or full-day sessions combining theory and practical training, held on 31 October 2027.
Pre-recorded films of up to 3 minutes that may highlight patient experiences or advocacy initiatives, or provide context on a clinical issue.
If you have submitted an abstract and live and/or work in a low-income country according to the World Bank or a country affected by ongoing conflict, you may be eligible for a bursary. Click here to find out more.
Eligible abstract submitters may apply for financial support at the same time as submitting their abstract during the initial call from 18 September to 29 October 2026.
